What is a "Buyer Alert"?

A Buyer Alert is an automated email delivery system that finds and delivers property listings to you, while you work, sleep and play. It enables buyers to receive emails of properties matching their desired customised criteria, and for sellers to be contacted directly by buyers who are potentially excellent candidates for purchasing / renting their property.
 

How does it work?

Simply fill in the Buyer Alert criteria form and our automated system will search the database and email you a list of properties that match. The email you receive will contain links to detailed full page listings on our site. Once you have reviewed the property, you are then able to contact the seller directly where negotiations may begin.

A Buyer Alert is a free service that is active for 3 months and can be cancelled at any time through the "Cancel Buyer Alert" link at the bottom of the email you receive.

If you become a member you are able to create up to 5 buyer alerts with the one email address, plus the ability to view / edit them at any time. You can become a member by clicking here and submit the 'Buyer Alerts' through your private 'My Account' administration area. However if you want a quick delivery of up to 15 listings to your email address now and in the future, submit your Buyer Alert details to the right.
